For more than 50 years, the group has planned, consulted, and designed individual solutions for ergonomic workstations, assembly and conveyor technology, industrial automation, and complex production lines at its headquarters in Germany and Austria with around 200 employees.

Here's how Wandelbots Teaching has helped
The combination of Wandelbots Teaching and ISAC® Module 3 from Sojka Automation, a module from the ISAC® automation platform, makes it possible to use it in various disciplines: grinding, polishing, gluing, or screwing. It is an effective and cost-efficient automation for assembly, quality inspection, or similar processes. The application solution presented is a first step in validating that standardization has a high market potential. Wandelbots Teaching will be integrated into other standard cells in the long term. The modular hardware structure and the standardized software architecture of the ISAC® cells provide the ideal start for this goal.

This is what Wandelbots Teaching has changed
The interaction of simple teaching, a compact cell, and the "C-Exakt" shutdown screwdriver, with its slim design, allows series screwdriving to be automated in the smallest of installation spaces. The Trace Pen is used to intuitively teach the positioning and movement of the screwdriver and later can adapt it to new components. The screwdriver automatically starts screwing in the screws and stops at predefined torque values. The result of the screwdriving process is visualized on the screwdriver by green (OK) or red (not OK) LEDs. Thanks to the new solution, small screws can be screwed quickly, allowing for larger quantities to be assembled. Since the modular ISAC® design enables the uncomplicated addition of supply and removal systems as well as testing technology, complete process automation can be implemented using this solution.
