Wandelbots CEO and co-founder Christian Piechnick doesn't want to build a mediocre startup. After nearly six years, the company underwent a course change, and one of Germany's most prominent robotics firms went through a radical transformation. In an interview with Klemens Handke from Gründerszene, Christian explains that every company has gone through a 'rough patch' to build a successful future. 'We threw out everything related to hardware,' says the 38-year-old in the conversation with Gründerszene. It wasn’t a cost-cutting measure but a strategic decision. 'We had to take this step to be successful in the long term.'
